Many people who have not seen Peter Okoye, formerly of PSquare, do a solo performance are having the opportunity as the annual musical show, ‘One Lagos Fiesta’, has unveiled him as one of the big artists for the year.
The event, otherwise called OLF, began in the five zones of the city on Sunday and it will run for another six days.
According to the Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Mr. Steve Ayorinde, Peter is billed to perform at the Town Hall, Ikorodu; Marina Beachfront, Epe; the Eko Atlantic Beach, Victoria Island and at Agege Stadium, Agege.
Peter’s performances at Eko Atlantic and Agege will hold on December 28 and 29, respectively. He is, however, just one of the about 100 artists participating in the musical carnival.
Ayorinde adds that the event holding in Ikeja (Agege Stadium), Badagry (Badagry Grammar School), Ikorodu (Ikorodu Town Hall), Lagos Island (Bar Beach) and Epe (Epe-Marina Beachfront), is planned to be bigger and more impactful, based on the success of the earlier ones.
