Real Madrid continue to work in the United States of America, with Casemiro, Raphael Varane and Marcelo all eyeing a return in the UEFA Super Cup.
All three players played key roles in France and Brazil‘s respective World Cupcampaigns and have been working with Castilla in order to build their fitness ahead of the new season.
Mateo Kovacic remains absent from training in the Spanish capital, however, it would be a major boost for Julen Lopetegui to be able to count on three seasoned professionals in his first competitive match in charge.
Marcelo and Casemiro are the more likely of the three to feature in Tallinn with Brazil having only reached the quarter final stage of the competition, whilst Varane lifted the trophy with France on July 15.
Wednesday afternoon will see the trio work with the Castilla squad once again, although the rest of the first team are set to have their first session at Valdebebason Thursday, at which point they will be joined by the aforementioned players – unless Kovacic signs for an English club before their deadline.
