Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 389 new cases of the novel coronavirus pandemic worldtopnewsng.com can confirm.
In an official tweet by the NCDC, Nigeria now has 8, 733 confirmed cases of the deadly virus as at Wednesday.
Lagos lead the way with a whopping 256 and Kogi state recorded its two index cases from the 389 fresh cases added on Wednesday.
As at 23:44 on Wednesday, Nigeria had recorded 2, 501 recoveries and a total of 254 dead cases so far.
