President Donald Trump on Wednesday belatedly weighed in on the bombs mailed to the Clintons, Obamas and CNN retweeting an earlier post from Vice President Mike Pence.

“I agree wholeheartedly!” the commander-in-chief tweeted at 12:04 p.m., roughly five hours after the first reports about the bombs went public.

Pence had tweeted at 11:14 a.m. condemning the acts.

“We condemn the attempted attacks against fmr Pres Obama, the Clintons, CNN & others. These cowardly actions are despicable & have no place in this Country. Grateful for swift response of SecretService, FBI & local law enforcement. Those responsible will be brought to justice,” the veep wrote.

While the suspect’s or suspects’ motives remained unclear, the recipients are frequent targets of Trump’s attacks at his MAGA rallies.
