Valencia Fall Further Behind The Leaders After Goalless Draw

The 2018/19 campaign hasn’t started in the best way for Valencia, and Marcelino‘s side fell nine points beind leaders Barcelona after their goalless draw against Betis.

Their cause wasn’t helped by an early injury to Geoffrey Kondogbia, who had to be replaced.

A feisty first-half was more notable for the yellow cards than any decent passages of play, and the closes we came to a goal in the entire match was when Dani Parejo rattled the cross bar on 54 minutes.

Still winless in LaLiga SantanderLos Che will be hoping for better luck in the Champions League.
