Photos Of The House Where Maradona Died Provoke Outrage

The death of Diego Maradona has shaken the footballing world yet the images of the legend’s house where he passed away have provoked outrage.

The former Napoli superstar stayed in a makeshift bedroom on the ground floor of the house in San Andres, Argentina, which did not have an en-suite bathroom and was attached to the kitchen, a place where noise, among other things, affected his ability to rest.

There is no clear answer as to how or why Maradona was not renting something better, but its poor state was another factor in the chain of errors that led judge Orlando Diaz to change the title to ‘wrongful death’ after starting the investigation into what led to his passing.

The house had four rooms on the first floor, but Maradona couldn’t go up or down stairs so they put together a room with a double bed, 32-inch TV, portable toilet, massage chair, and air conditioning.

At night, he was totally alone and separated from those who slept at home, and of course there was no room for nurses.

Maradona arrived at that house on November 11, after the doctor Leopoldo Luque, together with the psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov, signed the discharge from the Olivos Clinic, as well as Dalma and Gianinna Maradona, with the consent and approval of the professionals. Three days later is when Dalma Maradona in a WhatsApp group asked Cosachov for his father to see a clinical doctor.

It is true that Diego did not die as a result of the discomfort of the house, but the San Isidro attorney general’s office believes that the cardiac episode that ended his life could have been avoided if the conditions of the house were better, which is why which investigation continues.
