After enjoying a few days rest for the Christmas break, Real Madrid returned to training with a double session.
In the morning, the ball was absent as the players started preparing for the game against Villarreal on January 3.
The current world champions began the session inside the gym before being divided in two groups to complete exercises at different intensities.
Castilla’s Javi Sanchez also joined the group.
On Sunday afternoon, from 3.00pm CET. the players will return, and on Monday, December 31, Real Madrid members will fill the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano to see the open first team session, which will start at 11.00am CET.
