Diamond Bank GMD Dozie Set To Go As 4 Directors Resign
Not less than four Executive Directors out of 18 have resigned from the management board of the Diamond Bank Plc.
According to news monitored on Arise TV, the resignation is to pave the way for new investors who are injecting funds into the bank to bring in their own Executive Directors.
We gathered that resignation of the four directors is preparatory to the resignation of the Group Managing Director, Uzoma Dozie who will also leave the bank later on next year.
The affected directors, are the bank’s Chairman, Mr. Seyi Bickersteth, Ms. Aisha Oyebode, Mr. Rotimi Oyekanmi and Ms. Juliet Anammah.
