Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 216 new cases of the novel coronavirus pandemic worldtopnewsng.com can confirm.
In an official tweet by the NCDC, Nigeria now has 6, 175 confirmed cases of the deadly virus as at Monday.
Lagos lead the way with a whopping 74 cases from the 216 fresh cases added on Monday.
As at 23:53 on Monday, Nigeria had recorded 1, 644 recoveries and a total of 191 dead cases so far.
