Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 388 new cases of the novel coronavirus pandemic worldtopnewsng.com can confirm.

In an official tweet by the NCDC, Nigeria now has 5, 959 confirmed cases of the deadly virus as at Sunday.

Lagos lead the way with a whopping 177 cases from the 338 fresh cases added on Sunday.

As at 23:10 on Sunday, Nigeria had recorded 1, 594 recoveries and a total of 182 dead cases so far.
