Borussia Dortmund overcame Eintracht Frankfurt 3-1 on Friday night, with goals coming from Abdou DialloMarius Wolf and debutant Paco Alcacer.

The Spanish striker, who joined from Barcelona in the summer, came on as a second half substitute in the 67th minute, with the score at 1-0 to the home side thanks to Diallo‘s 36th minute opener.

One minute after his introduction, Sebastien Haller equalised for the visitors, but Alcacer and his teammates would have the last laugh.

Wolf put Dortmund back in front in the 72nd minute at the end of a move which Alcacer launched, before the 25-year-old rounded off the victory with a deflected shot from just outside the area in the 88th minute.

The victory took Dortmund onto seven points and, at least temporarily, propelled them to the top of the Bundesliga.
